These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Live Beyond Doubt LLC. By using our website, subscribing to our services, or booking coaching sessions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Scope of Services
Live Beyond Doubt LLC provides coaching services focused on helping individuals (primarily professional women) navigate Relationship OCD (ROCD), build self-confidence, and improve their relationships.
Important Distinction:
Therapy Services (Erin Davis Counseling Services PLLC): Therapy is provided by a licensed mental health professional and is designed to address emotional and psychological health challenges. Therapy is confidential and conducted according to ethical and legal standards.
Coaching Services (Live Beyond Doubt LLC): Coaching is not therapy. It focuses on personal growth, self-improvement, and managing Relationship OCD (ROCD). Coaching services are designed to help individuals improve their relationships and develop self-confidence, but they do not replace medical or psychiatric care.
Payment and Fees
All fees for therapy or coaching services are clearly stated at the time of booking. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through the payment processors specified on our website.
Refund Policy:
Courses: All sales for digital courses are final and non-refundable.
Coaching Programs: Coaching sessions are refundable only if the client shows up, actively participates in sessions, implements the strategies discussed, and determines that the program is not a good fit after the first two sessions. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the second session.
Late Cancellations: Coaching sessions are subject to our cancellation policy. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged the full session fee.
Email Communication
By subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive emails from both Live Beyond Doubt LLC and Erin Davis Counseling Services PLLC. These emails may include newsletters, updates, promotions, tips on managing Relationship OCD, and information on upcoming programs or services. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. While we make every effort to respect your privacy, confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed in a group coaching or online setting. You are encouraged to share only what feels comfortable and relevant.
Limitation of Liability
Coaching services are not therapy and are intended for personal development and relationship guidance. Live Beyond Doubt LLC is not responsible for any emotional, mental, or physical harm that may arise from using our services.
By engaging in therapy or coaching, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions and decisions. You should seek therapy or medical treatment if you require psychological or psychiatric care.
Termination
Live Beyond Doubt LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any client who violates these Terms or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate, unethical, or harmful.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through Live Beyond Doubt LLC, including but not limited to digital courses, workbooks, newsletters, and other educational materials, is the intellectual property of Live Beyond Doubt LLC and Erin Davis Counseling Services PLLC and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Beyond Doubt LLC, Erin Davis Counseling Services PLLC, their affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses that result from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms

➡️We employ tracking technology to monitor access link usage
For Recording-Only Purchasers
➡️Your recording access link is for YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY
➡️Sharing your recording access link with any other individual is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
➡️Any unauthorized sharing of your access link will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of your access WITHOUT REFUND
➡️We employ tracking technology to monitor access link usage
Recording Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and consent that the entire Event, including all participant interactions, questions, chat messages, and video/audio participation, will be recorded. By attending, you grant Erin Davis, Hannah Allen, and their respective businesses (collectively, "Hosts") permission to:
1. Record your likeness, voice, and contributions during the Event
2. Use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and monetize these recordings in future products, marketing materials, and educational content
3. Resell the recording as a standalone product without additional compensation to participants
Privacy Policy
Information Collection

Information Usage

Intellectual Property
All materials, content, methodologies, and resources shared during the Event are the intellectual property of the Hosts and protected by copyright law. You may not:
1. Record, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Event
2. Share access credentials with non-registered individuals
3. Use materials for commercial purposes or to create competing products
Refund Policy
➡️Full refunds available up to 7 days before the Event
➡️No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the Event
➡️Hosts reserve the right to issue refunds at their discretion
Limitation of Liability
The information provided during the Event is educational in nature and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Hosts are not liable for:

➡️Technical difficulties or interruptions in service
➡️Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
➡️If there is not a replay available due to technical issues
Modification of Terms
Hosts reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Event materials constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina and Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
